Trump was entitled to absolute immunity from criminal prosecution for acts within his exclusive constitutional authority during his presidency. The court further stated that he was entitled to “at least presumptive immunity” from prosecution for all his “official acts”. It clarified that there was no immunity for unofficial acts.
