Team KK is committed to protecting critical rights and enforcing necessary obligations and improving access to justice for each of its clients. Hence, the Team has made pro bono representations for persons going through difficult situations, and thus unable to pay for legal services, such as NGOs against big enterprises, foreign nationals facing legal issues in India or individuals who could not afford a legal counsel otherwise, with regard to protection and enforcement of family laws, property maters, competition law related information, IP protection, start-ups with high potential, drafting of critical agreements etc.
